Code of Ethics

This document describes the behaviour that IPL Inc. expects from its officers and employees. IPL Inc. wishes to assure its customers, suppliers and the communities where it works that the behaviour of its officers and employees will show proof of rigour, integrity and respect. At the same time, IPL Inc. wishes to protect its shareholders, its viability and the jobs generated in various communities, specifically by providing guidelines for the use of information to which its officers and employees have access.
